• It is strictly prohibited to sell this tool or its contents for commercial gain.
• The materials found within this tool were created with the intention of training IBOs and helping them promote their ENZACTA business.
• The materials contained in this program are exclusive to the smartKit, and may be obtained only through the same.
• In order to view the materials in the Videos and E-suite sections, it is necessary to have an internet connection available on the IBOs computer in order to download the tools.
• Other use of this material by an IBO must be reviewed and approved by ENZACTA.
• Once the smartKit option has been selected upon joining, the IBO may not change it for a hardcopy versión of the StarterKit. If the IBO would like to obtain the hardcopy version, they will need to pay regular price in their smart OFFICE.

• All documents may be updated an anytime. Said updates will be available on the website www.enzacta.com/smartkit* where the IBO can download updated materials only after entering their username and password, proving that they have the latest version of the smartKit.
• The contents of the smartKit are only for use by the IBO who selected the option upon signing up. Or for those who upon joining, decided to purchase it in their smart OFFICE.
• All the materials contained within the smartKit is solely for use by the IBO who got it upon signing up. Or for those who after joining purchased it in their advanced OFFICE.
• If the IBO would like to alter or change a tool from the smartKit in any way, they must obtain the express written permission of ENZACTA after having submitted a formal request to do so.
• The use of this and all other ENZACTA materials should comply with the rules found in the company's Policies and Procedures. Click here to access them.
• If you use the smartkit in conjunction with any other ENZACTA products or services, your agreement with the company will include all terms and rules applicable to those products and services.
• ENZACTA reserves the right to make changes to the policies and procedures from time to time. When these changes are made, ENZACTA will make a new copy of them available at  www.enzacta.com/smartkit* You understand and agree that if you use the Service after the date on which the Terms have changed, ENZACTA will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms.
• You agree to use www.smartkit.com only for purposes:
  • (a) that are permitted by the ENZACTA Policies & Procedures
  • (b) that are permitted by any applicable third party contract, law, or regulation in the relevant jurisdictions; and
  • (c) that comply with all applicable policies or guidelines made available by ENZACTA
• You must not charge users or any other third party any fee for the use of the smartkit, smartkit.com, or its content.
• The total, parcial, reproduced, modified, transferred use of the materials in the smartKit to make a similar program, or the distribution of the content of these materials in any manner (be it public or private sites like YouTube used to share any type of information to the general public) is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of ENZACTA. This is subject to applicable international Copyright laws, both local and international.
